If you wish to cancel your registration for the Thomas Cook Ironman 70.3 Mallorca

TRANSFER – Rules & Conditions

 

Transfer base fee to transfer your entry is 29 Euro. Please note that in case of a transfer to an IRONMAN or IRONMAN 70.3 race with a higher entry fee (“upgrading“) we will charge you the difference in entry fees. This is also true when “upgrading” from an IRONMAN 70.3 to another IRONMAN 70.3 race or from an IRONMAN race to another IRONMAN races. Please note: In case you are transferring to an IRONMAN or IRONMAN 70.3 race with a lower entry fee (“downgrading“) the difference will not be refunded.

 

You can transfer from IRONMAN 70.3 Mallorca 2014 until the March 10th 2014. After that deadline we will not make any transfers. You can transfer to a race as long as registration is open.

 

WITHDRAWAL – Rules & Conditions

 

If you are withdrawing from IRONMAN 70.3 Mallorca, please note the following deadlines for your refund:

 

• until 4 months prior to race day January 10th 2014:
  50% refund of the entry fee
• until 2 months prior to race day March 10th 2014:
  25% refund of the entry fee
• after 2 months to race day March 11th 2014:
  no refund

 

Please note that all additional items purchased during registration will be refunded at 100% up until two months prior to the race (March 10th 2014) unless where they have already been sent to the athlete.
You can not transfer your race entry to another athlete or to the same race any other year.

Die allgemeine Transfergebühr beträgt 29 Euro. Bitte beachte, dass im Falle eines Transfers zu einem IRONMAN oder IRONMAN 70.3 mit höherer Startgebühr, die Differenz aufgezahlt werden muss. Diese “Aufwertung” kann sowohl bei einem Transfer von IRONMAN 70.3 zu einem anderen IRONMAN 70.3, als auch bei einem Transfer von IRONMAN zu IRONMAN eintreten. Im Falle eines Transfers zu einem IRONMAN oder IRONMAN 70.3 mit einer niedrigeren Startgebühr (“Abwertung”), wird die Differenz nicht zurückgestattet.

 

Der Transfer von IRONMAN 70.3 Mallorca ist bis zum 10. März 2014 möglich.
Der Transfer zu einem IRONMAN Event ist gestattet, solange die Registrierung geöffnet ist.
